I never thought a windshield replacement could leave me utterly impressed, but it truly did. The entire experience, from Sharon's recommendation to Travis's assistance in filing my claim and scheduling my appointment, was exceptionally pleasant. I made the call on a Tuesday afternoon, and by the next morning, my windshield was already being replaced. The communication was top-notch; they provided advance notice of the technician's arrival, who not only arrived within the promised timeframe but also completed the work efficiently.

When I called Travis about our windshields that were cracked he picked up right away. We chatted through all our cracks and the he got right on the phone with me and the insurance company to check our coverage. Within a half hour we were all set and they came out two days later to our home for the work. We had Jason and Jordan out and they were phenomenal! Jason was willing to answer all my many questions so patently and informatively! He really knew his stuff. They were prompt on anrrival and efficient working on both our cars at the same time! Highly recommend glass detail!

Using Glass Detail with my insurance was an easy process, took about 5 minutes to get scheduled. They came out within a few days and the technician was on time, knowledgeable and did a great job with the windshield replacement on my GMC.Update, they came out again for a different car, back window this time. Same great service! Plus, we had the entire car get new window tint. Quality tint, mobile install, worth the cost. Once again Glass detail did a great job.
